We are pleased to announce that PNC Financial Services., Inc. has entered into an agreement with Houchens Industries, Inc. regarding the sale of Hilliard Lyons. This sale is subject to regulatory and other required approvals. We are also very pleased that Houchens has announced its intention to create an ownership structure at Hilliard Lyons that includes our employees. Details have not yet been finalized, but an ownership structure that includes Hilliard Lyons employees is very important to both Houchens and Hilliard Lyons.
