Mr. McKay has over 35 years-experience in executing middle-market M&A, investment, financial, valuation and other business transactions. Mr. McKay is a member of the Kentucky and Georgia bars, and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. He is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is a Board Member of several closely held and family businesses. Mr. McKay has a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a JD (with honors) from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Mr. Sweeney joined Hilliard Lyons Investment Banking 1997, and again on 2010. Prior to joining Hilliard Lyons in 1997, Mr. Sweeney spent two years as a partner with Southern Capital Corporation, a Richmond-based private equity firm. Previously, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking and with the FIG-Insurance Group at CS First Boston. Mr. Sweeney received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and his BA from Amherst College.

Mr. Mascarich joined Hilliard Lyons in December 2002. As a senior banker, Mr. Mascarich focuses his efforts on the sourcing and execution of middle market merger and acquisition and institutional private equity capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Hilliard Lyons, Mr. Mascarich served as a small business advisor with Greater Louisville Inc. At GLI, he worked closely with business owners, accountants, bankers and other professionals performing financial analysis, assisting in capital structure determinations and creating pro forma projections for start-up and existing ventures.

Mr. Mascarich began his career at Lexmark International, Inc. in technology development and engineering in their business printer division. Mr. Mascarich earned his M.B.A. from the University of Louisville with distinction and his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Centre College.
